What is the name of Airtouch® app in the store?
It is called “AirTouchOne” One word and not case sensitive.
You try to download Airtouch® App from the store (“airtouchone”), and it showed the download icon, but you would not see the app on your smartphone screen.
Please go to the Settings and select “security” o Please turn on “unknown sources” to allow installation of apps from unknown sources. 
How do I register Airtouch® App on my smartphone?
After downloading the app, and when you open the app, it asks for the country, and your mobile number and you hit register. o A code will be sent to you via your SMS to your phone. Enter that code and hit SEND and your Airtouch® app will be registered to that mobile number.
What service would I be able to use free of charge with this app?
Airtouch® offers app to app free call, free video call, free chat, free group chat, attaching a file ( pictures, video) for delivery, and recording a voice message and send. Or attaching a file with a recorded voice message and send It offers all of the consumer global messaging services. Also Airtouch® rewards free talk credits to users who have invited other contacts to use Airtouch® app and they register with Airtouch® app. You will receive a notification that xx talk credits have been rewarded. These free talk credits will accumulate and you can release them to your account on Airtouch® portal when you register and set up your communication group.
I have downloaded Airtouch® app and registered but my Airtouch® app contact list is empty.
Please give it a little time. Depending on the size of your original contact list in your smartphone, it may take longer for a large contact than a small one o You can also exit the app by (for iPhone) sliding up the screen on the retracted window, or by pressing the square button at the bottom (for Android) and clicking on x mark on the right top of the app.
Clicking on Airtouch® app, I get a message “Service Connection Problem. Check your internet connection and try againb” What do I need to do?
Airtouch® app services are online net services. In order for the service to function, the smartphone needs to stay connected to internet either by Wi-Fi connection or wireless data connection. . Please make sure that the smart phone is within Wi-Fi range by checking the Wi-Fi signal indicator on the smart phone or has the wireless data turned on and it is connected to internet.
My smartphone does not ring when I know there is an incoming call for sure
Receiving smart phone may not be connected to Internet. Make sure the smart phone is within Wi-Fi range by checking the Wi-Fi signal indicator on the smart phone or has the wireless data turned on with adequate cellular signal.
How do you make a group chat room?
Go to the chat tab, and click on the pencil icon at the bottom right corner. It will show single head icon or double head icon. Click on the double head icon and enter the group name ( or title of the group chat ) and select the Airtouch ® user from the list
Is International call allowed in Global Community Plan packages?
Yes, the 1000, 2500, 5000 talk credits that you see are basically 1 minute US calling minutes. So, you can basically speak for 1000 minutes, 2500 minutes and 5000 minutes for conversation with an US mobile or US landline telephone number. If calling Tokyo Japan and calling mobile number starting with 090 or 080, the rate is about 15 times that of US. So every minute of call to Japanese mobile number will take 15 talk credit instead of 1.
Can I make a 3-way call and how do I do that?
Yes, you can. While you are on a call ( a call made by Airtouch® VoIP call or incoming call to Airtouch® VoIP number or intercom call with another Airtouch® user), you can hit the + sign and you can Add Participant and you will go to the Contact screen. You select either another Airtouch® user or pick a number to call and that will initiate calling all 3 phones and each pick up the conference call incoming call to join the conference created.

What smartphone and OS version would Airtouch® app work?
For iPhones 6 and above o For Android with any OS version.
How can I subscribe to other services Airtouch® app offers? 
You will need to go to http://www.airtouch.me website and register and log in to the website and upon registration, you can bind your mobile number to that account so that all free talk credits that you may have accumulated by inviting other contacts to register with Airtouch® app would be downloaded to your communication group account. 
How can I bind my Airtouch® app in my smartphone to my registered Airtouch® portal account?
You can go to Quick Start on our website and it will take you step by step how to register your smartphone mobile number to your portal account. 
How can I invite my family, friends or other contacts to register with Airtouch® app and get the free talk credibt rewards to my mobile number?
You can click on INVITE in the Contact Tab inside your Airtouch® app. All of your mobile contacts will be duplicated inside Airtouch® app when you register with Airtouch® app in your smartphone. 
How can I invite contacts to my group of communication that I have set up inside the Airtouch® portal? 
You go to My Group & Service Plan inside your portal, and click on Extension List of the group account that you would like to invite the contacts to be one of the group extensions. Then, you need to add “+”, country code, and the number and then hit “Invite” A message comes up if successfully sent. You will need to make sure that the invited party is in your contact list with the number that you.
How can I make a VoIP call?
You need to have a registered paid account in Airtouch® portal or you are invited to be one of the extensions of another paid group o When you are linked to any of the paid accounts, then your screen will show VoIP/Mobile soft key. You click on the VoIP side to make it lit green and all calls going out of that dialing screen will go through the VoIP number that you will see on the top left in green (instead of showing a green lit registered mark, those who is linked to one of the Global Community Plan VoIP services, the VoIP number will be shown. Any of the VoIP calling requires formatting the number to call in IE 164 format. If you go to Airtouch® contact list and click on the contact and his number to call, then it will automatically configure such dialing number to this format and all you have to do is click SEND button to trigger that call.
How do you make an app to app call ( Intercom) or app to app video call or send chat messages?
Click on the contact from Airtouch® contact list, if the person does not have an INVITE bar next to his/her contact name, then, it is a registered Airtouch® user. When you click on Airtouch® user, you will see his phone number, app to app call icon( Telephone handset), app to app video call ( video camera icon) and text icon. Click on appropriate icon to call app to app, make app to app video call or exchange messages with the contact in chat room.
How do I dial long distance call? International?
In case of Airtouch® Global Community Plan VoIP service, you can call a number in other country by placing country Code (e.g. 81 Japan) and area code and number. If the area code starts with 0, you can normally skip it. For example, to call a regular phone number in Tokyo 81(country code), 3(Tokyo Area code 03) 80 or 90 (A mobile number normally starts with 080 or 090) and the TEL number on OSC. For Global Community Plan that basically covers North America and Mexico, you only need to add +1 as US country code no matter which state area code the number that you would like to call has. From your All Contact list that has been fed the contact information from your smartphone contacts, the numbers will be added its appropriate country code automatically.
What is the “Prefix” button on the dialing screen?
It is used to add pre-configured prefixes into the dialing number when necessary after you populated the TEL number box on dialer screen from Contact List. The number on the dialer screen can be manually altered by adding, deleting and changing number as well. For a simple add on of prefix, you can add such numbers in the prefix in the Settings.
