See and swap to incoming calls even if you are on a call.
Call Monitoring and Pickup
Program a line key button to monitor another Airtouch user’s line. You can see when they are on a call, or pickup a call whether in the office or across the world.
Call Recording
Record your calls. Any recordings are time and date stamped and stored with your call logs. You can share the recordings by email or messaging with others
Voicemail
If you are not available when someone calls you, it is automatically
forwarded to voicemail. You can retrieve the voicemail with a simple keystroke.
Call Groups
Setup a shared number for Sales or Support and add Airtouch users to the group to make and receive calls and texts. Then, any incoming calls or messages go to all the members of the group when they are available in the group. You can easily select whether you are available in the group or on your regular Airtouch extension or number. You can transfer calls to a group extension.
Emergency Calling (e.911)
Just like an enterprise Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) or business phone system, if you dial 911 you will be connected to emergency services.

Private Conversations
A private chat room between another Airtouch user. Conversations are persistent and don’t go away. You can have as many
private conversations as you want. They are easy to find and if you have a lot of them, any new entries in a conversation are marked so you can see that there are new messages in a private conversation.
Public Group Rooms
A more public room for a few people in a team in your organization or business. Group rooms are persistent and don’t go away. But they are private between you and the members of the group. You can have as many rooms as you want. They are easy to find and if you have a lot of them, any new entries in a conversation are marked so you can see that there are new messages in a public group room.
Send and receive pictures, videos, files and links
You can send and receive pictures, videos, files and web links or URLs in a conversation or room.
SMS/MMS
If you want to have a private or group conversation with a partner, customer or someone that is not in your Airtouch organization, you can use SMS/MMS (and soon, RCS) from the iOS, Android or web app.

Rich Communications Services is a new standard for
mobile messaging, coming soon to all mobile networks. It’s an improvement over SMS and MMS because it supports pictures, fonts, and content and allows businesses to provide a better user experience to its customers and partners.

Unlike free services, Airtouch is very efficient with bandwidth everywhere in the world— even on mobile networks or hotspots— and provides audio and video at the highest quality each user’s device can support. This means if you have a microphone and camera that support HD, that’s what others will hear and see from you. In addition, because it’s a paid service on your Airtouch account, there are no short, arbitrary time limits for a meeting
