Refund Policy
For Service Subscription, once subscribed, there will be no refund. However, you will be able to use the service for 30daysFor Smart SIM, once it is activated, and subscribed, there will be no refund for the activation nor the data plan subscribed, or Smart Global Plan subscribed. However, you will be able to use the service for 30days within the data allowance for the wireless data access but VoIP service will be available to use via Wi-Fi connection for 30days from the date of subscription. Smart SIM maybe returned if it is defective but we will only refund $5.00 for the Smart SIM. Freight must be prepaid to ship SIM back
For Hardware Purchase from the Product Store, if you are not fully satisfied with the product, within 14 days from the date of the invoice, we will accept a return of the good with full refund. All the original parts, accessories, documents have to be returned in the same original box to us for the full refund. Freight needs to be paid by you to return the good to our RMA facility.
